Barry & BitsieThe combination of spice is perfect. I’ve barbequed pork butt roast on the rotisserie for years. These transplanted Alabama folks must have pulled pork for any important occasion. I put a generous amount of Bryan’s Pork Dry Rub on the meat, the night before cooking, and wrap tightly. It creates an amazing roast that is as close to home as I have experienced. We’re forever customers!
BobBought your pork rub yesterday and tried it today on St Louis ribs — EXCELLENT. I didn’t have the time for the additional apple juice marinade but did the rub/cellophane/rub/ one hr smoke – in Traeger – then one hr @180 -> two hrs at 225 = perfect outcome.
